Audience

In order to grow your brand, you need to get to know your audience.  Can you connect with them and provide value?

Branding 

Your brand is who are you as an influencer. What is your tone? Voice? Aesthetic? Core values? All of these things are part of your branding. You need to take it inward before you go out.

Another key part of branding is identifying your KLT. This stands for Know, Like, and Trust. Does your audience know you? Do they like the content you're creating? Do they trust you? A brand wouldn't want to work with an influencer with an audience that doesn't trust them, right?

Content

Your content is the meat and potatoes of your brand. This is what provides the value for your audience and should reflect both the audience and branding that you have defined.

Influencers use these three steps to attract brand that they're interested in working with. Think about your favorite influencers - are they all over the place, or consistent? Do you know, like and trust them? These are fundamental steps to growing your brand.
